Create Your Account – Follow the simple steps to register.
Download the App – While we verify your OHIP, grab the Ogaei app from the App Store or Google Play.
Activate Your Subscription – Once OHIP validation is complete, log in and subscribe.
Apply Your Promo Code – Enter the special code from your pharmacist for a discount (if applicable).
You're Ready! – With an active subscription, you can now request a doctor anytime.

Seeing a Doctor on Ogaei

Tap "Start Care" – Find it at the bottom of your screen.
Click the Big Blue Button – Yes, the one that says "Start Care"!
Pick the Patient – Is this visit for you or someone else?
Choose a Specialty – Need a family doctor? Select "Family Medicine" and you're set.
Describe Your Symptoms – A quick one-liner is all the doctor needs to get started.
Hit Proceed – Let the system work its magic.
Get Matched – Our platform will connect you with the right doctor.
Connect – The doctor will start a video call or reach out to you via phone.
